Review of Seraphim Falls (2007) by Tom F — 08 Jan 2008

Interesting is the main word I would use to describe this film. I really enjoyed how it drops right into the action and leaves you to try to figure out what was going on. Something I felt was really lacking in the film, however, was dialogue. There is very little that is said throughout the film, and because of that I feel that I did not connect with the characters as much. This was problematic as I felt the characters didn't really develop, and most of the film felt very drawn out and static.

Final Thoughts: Interesting concept, but feels very static and thus, boring.
