Review of Seraphim Falls (2007) by Nigel A — 28 Feb 2008
An adult western or a western for thinking adults. The scenery is great, from the bitter cold snow to the blazing desert. You know there's a back story there somewhere; Neeson & co. aren't chasing Brosnan halfway across the country just for the ride but it's not until late in the game all is revealed.
And that's where the story gets a little twisted. I thoroughly enjoyed it. A little under 2 hours long I was never bored due to the wonderful scenery and regular and sometimes messy skirmishes between the two combatants leading to moment of truth you just know is coming.
Four Stars Easily!
