Review of Sense and Sensibility (1995) by Tara S — 15 Jun 2010
Jane Austin's novel is brought to life by Ang Lee and Emma Thompson in this lovely version of the book. The acting is very good, though particular note must be made to the restrained but wonderful performances of Rickman and Thompson.
I loved the way they played their characters. The film itself is beautifully shot and the script is sublime.
