It is very disappointing to know that Selma received few nominations for Oscars, and none for acting, which is an outright travesty as Oyelowo is the best actor ever to play MLK Jr. The film may not be entirely accurate, but overall it captures the sentiment and dynamics of the time as well as the complexity of the characters.
