The comedy wig returns as Nicolas Cage does drama by the numbers.
The most frustrating and overrated actor in Hollywood brings nothing to this story of vigilante justice in New Orleans. Predictable and just not very exciting, this is Cage and the rest of the cast just earning a pay check.
