Review of Secret in Their Eyes (2015) by Paula M — 23 Mar 2016

I really wanted to see this film as I really liked the foreign language film that it is based on. The film has a tremendous cast, but the film itself isn't that good and I was disappointed in how slow it took to get to the ending and how it didn't seem to have the same punch the original film had (some of that may have been the fact that I knew the ending, but I'm sure it wouldn't have worked as well regardless).

Overall, this film was okay and some of my disappointment may have been that I really liked the original film.
