Secret Headquarters is the epitome of why studios are backing down from making 'half baked' movies geared towards streaming. You can see that with a higher budget and a more polish, this film would be a pretty decent flick.
Alas, it is not to be and the film seemed to be shot on 1 soundstage, with some outdoor shots thrown in.
