Secret Headquarters is a shameless display of how to take advantage of a genre's commercial boom, but without making the slightest effort to make it more than just another generic piece of crap that's not even funny and it doesn't make it very clear for whom it's aimed, although I think it's pretty clear that those who can assimilate it more easily will be kids between the ages of 6 and 12.

Just take a look at the poster. This is Spy Kids level stuff.
