Review of Searching for Bobby Fischer (1993) by Christian C — 09 Aug 2007

I own this movie on VHS, and I got it for my 6 birthday (yep - it's that old just take a look at the shoe the kids wearing on the cover of the movie - it's so early 90's) and I've loved it ever since.

I like chess, and this movie is mostly serious, but it has funny moments and it is thought provoking in a number of ways. Not the least of which is the main characters capacity for mercy (strange to hear coming from me huh?) Overa ll an Excellent movie with good morals and(so far as I can remember) there is nothing objectionable throughout the entire film.
