Review of Searching for Angela Shelton (2004) by Courtney G — 11 Jan 2014

Just watched this today for my volunteer work training. Very intense look at women who are survivors of physical and sexual abuse. Although it can be hard to watch at times (nothing graphic is shown, just the women themselves telling their stories and living with this trauma), it was very eye opening and made me appreciate the fact that I have never gone through anything like that.

And it makes me want to help people even more. I think if everyone watched this, it could be a stepping stone on the path of less violence towards women.
