While the few laughs that work work really well, most of this film is embarrassing. Scenes go on for too long as actors clasp for any laugh, TJ Miller's douchebag character is just about completely unlikable, not nearly enough excitement or antics ensue from the inciting incident, Alison Brie is given a thankless role, and it feels like the actors were just given freedom to improvise whatever lines they wanted in the humor scenes.

I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a bad film as there are some genuine laughs here, there's just not nearly enough.
