Review of Sea of Love (1989) by Chris G — 01 Mar 2009
A by-the-numbers crime thriller, except with Pacino giving it his searing paranoia along with some good chemistry with cougar Ellin Barkin, it turns into something else. Becker sticks to his strengths (Pacino) and gives a cop film that's outlasted where so many have been forgotten.
