Review of Se7en (1995) by Lori B — 02 Nov 2013
I am a pretty unapologetic fan of David Fincher's. I've loved just about everything he has ever done (except maybe Panic Room), and Se7en is probably his best film.
The acting, of course, is excellent. But it is Fincher's obsessive attention to detail, from costume to atmosphere to the way each scene is staged and lit, that truly makes this movie a masterpiece.
