Seven is directed by the one and only masterclass director David Fincher and stars Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt as two detectives trying to catch a serial killer whose murders are based off of the seven deadly sins. The greatest serial killer film of all time and one of the greatest movies of all time is infinitly disturbing, directed and written to perfection, and acted so well that it is shocking. one of my favorite parts of Seven is that there is virtually no violence. besides a few gunshots and punches being thrown there is no violence. only the aftermath of horrendous and grisly murders performed. this adds a uniqueness and mysterious feeling that is masterful suspense building. the acting is also amazing. Freeman is amazing as always, and Pitt is oscar worthy, gwenyth Paltrow is good but has limited screen time which was good (I cannot stand her), and Kevin Spacey is brilliant as this paychopath. the way he explains why he does these things makes you think what he does is justified. Amazing. The directing is fantastic too as to be expected from Fincher. I own this on Blu-ray and it is flawless. every shot and angle is perfect anf jaw dropping. Now I have to talk about the ending. It is one of the best climaxes to a movie ever. it haunts me after every watch and seriously mind fucks you every time you see it. brilliant film making. this is one of my favorite movies of all time. it is perfect in every way.

10/10.
