Its pretty violent and really, really racist, but its ok, I dont think ray winstone looks that menacing as the main protagonist carling. he looks meaner with age. its an unflinching depiction of borstal life, and just stutters along with no real direction, but its ok, and the rape scene is un called for, those guys had some bum fun.
