Great opening scene and ending, the movie pokes fun at itself and old horror movie cliches which is hilarious at times. But the movie lacks suspense and real scary moments. However it's modern and dare I say it more realistic than previous scream movies removing old style drawn out scenes with refreshing in your face kills which works well overall.
