Better than Scream 3, but in the end it almost felt like someone who had a teenager wanted to illustrate a lesson and they had the rights to the Scream franchise so they decided to do that moral in the form of a movie.
It has a good moral which I wish more people would understand/more movies would feature...but it isn't delivered all too well in this one. Also, it features an end similar to the last screams, but this time it is a lot more sick and unnecessary.
Scream had always be known for using overkill on the bad guy on the account that they're bad and they had already "died" once before, but this time it was pretty sick.
