Review of Scream 4 (2011) by Octavio M — 16 Apr 2013
As much as this is the strongest entry in the series since the first film, it really isn't saying anything because this entry doesn't really offer anything new for the genre. I guess this is Wes Craven's way of going back to his creative well, but is this how he should go about his career after directing this sequel/reboot? I mean its been at least ten years since the last one was released, which begs yet another question: is this series relevant anymore? The answer to some may be absurd, but this is indeed relevant to some degree, but only within the context of the first film, that's it!
