Plot/Summary,In Scream 4, Sidney Prescott, now the author of a self-help book, returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. There she reconnects with Sheriff Dewey and Gale, who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill (played by Emma Roberts) and her Aunt Kate (Mary McDonnell). Unfortunately Sidney's appearance also brings about the return of Ghostface, putting Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, along with Jill, her friends, and the whole town of Woodsboro in danger. The newest installment in the acclaimed franchise that ushered in a new wave of horror in the 1990s is written by series creator Kevin Williamson and directed by suspense master and director of the first trilogy, Wes Craven. The film stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox-Arquette, David Arquette, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Anthony Anderson, Adam Brody, Mary McDonnell, Marley Shelton, Nico Tortorella, Marielle Jaffe, Kristen Bell, Anna Paquin, Lucy Hale, Shanae Grimes, Aimee Teegarden and Brittany Robertson. --(c) Dimension.

My Review.

I think I found my favorite scary movie. The hopefully not last Scream is the best scream! I have a friend who said if you like all three movies then you'll defiantly like this one but he was wrong... I loved Scream 4 it was so confusing yet cool it's hard for me too tell if it's a reboot or if it's a new addition to the beloved Scream franchise. Scream 4 revolves around Sidney coming to her old hometown Woodsbro which is were here cousin Jill Roberts lives,the killer kills one of Jills friends and the killer is not only after Sidney this time, the killer is also out for sidney's family. This movie was so well made and the Scream films always have good opening sequences and Scream 4 is no exception and not to give too much it is also a little funny while not making fun of itself in my opinion. The film has two types of tones just as in the first three funny and horrifying. This movie was such a great treat for me I mean it also has the characters like Randy from the first three movies two cinema nerds. The acting was impresenly good from pretty much all the actors I mean like I believed it all of what they were saying. The movie gets a 5 out of 5 from a now hardcore Scream fan.
