Review of Scream 2 (1997) by Kyle Micheal H — 17 Apr 2011
Doesn't completely best the ingenuity and freshness of the predecessor, but is worthy enough as a sequel. More bodies pile up, gutted and slashed vehemently and gorier than before, with some nifty twists that ridicule the shopworn approaches other slasher films take.
The revelation is simple to say the least, yet effective, which is what takes most of us by surprise.
