Review of Scream 2 (1997) by Daniel M — 26 Jul 2015
This was a great sequel when you really think about it. When I originally saw this back in '97 I was unimpressed with the who the killers turned out to be (Aunt Jackie? C'mon!!) but nowadays I can see what they were doing and it totally makes sense.
Great cast, great tongue-in-cheek riffs on the horror genre in general and an overally satisfying experience. I wonder if Jamie Kennedy realized when he got killed in this movie that it wasn't just the character of Randy that dies but rather his career?
