Review of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) by Leona D — 26 Jun 2013
If Clerks was the representation of Generation X, then Scott Pilgrim vs. the World is the form of todays generation. Aside from the unique visuals, the game and comic references, the smart script and great comedic timing, Scott Pilgrim vs.
the World is actually an intelligent romantic comedy about relationships in the new millennium. It's everything it needs to be and sure to win over fans of the graphic novels it's based on. Easily one of the best movies of the year.
