The best film of 2010 by far.. An epic film of epic proportions.. It is witty, intelligent, funny, action packed, features amazing special fx, and stars the very talented Mike Cera.
What more could you want from a film? Edgar Wright orchestrates this film with amazing special fx, action sequences, sharp dialogue, a strong cast and a load of amazing pop culture tongue in cheek references. It's like this film is winking at you all the way through watching it. It doesn't take itself seriously, and that's what makes it so enjoyable.
I don't only recommend this film for fans who enjoy gaming, comics, and pop culture references. I advice this film highly for anybody who appreciates the art of cinema. Edgar Wright continues to prove he is the most promising and talented director of the last decade. He debuts with Shaun of the Dead, follows up with Hot Fuzz, and ended the decade with Scott Pilgrim. I am so anxious to see what he does in the future.. I have watched this film over 20 times and still enjoy it with every viewing.
