Loved the books, but the movie was a hit and miss. The casting of Michael Cera as Scott Pilgrim was horrendous and kinda ruined the movie for me, even though everyone else was perfect. The plot was also shaky, and the message wasn't clear.
It just seemed like a superficial rush of comedy, drama, and awkwardness (mostly Michael Cera. Is he capable of having more than one persona when he's acting?). Entertaining, but a fluke.
