Coolsvillis is under attack from ghostly suits. It's the Scooy Doo sequel that isn't quite as good as the firist. In this very strange sequel, the mystery team is caught up in another caper, when the town of Coolsville (never mentioned in the cartoons) is caught in a mire of ghoulish ectoplasm , due to an unknown bad guy who has somehow possessed various ghost suits to launch at them.
Not nearly as good as the original.
