It looks so simple, yet beautiful and emotional. And don't worry, it's not so preachy. I think the best part is that Steven Spielberg didn't try really hard to make make the audiences pity Helen Hirsch and other Jews.
Nor did Spielberg try to make Schindler a too-good-to-be-true-saint and Amon Goeth an antagonist with inhuman ability or undefeatable. And personally, I think it's much BETTER than Saving Private Ryan.
