Apparently someone p****d off Dracula so bad, he goes on a rampage here to demonstrate the Scars of Dracula. This is the bloodiest film from the Hammer Horror Dracula films. It's pretty modern if you ask me especially since there is nudity in here.

Yet, like most of the Dracula films, it's pretty redundant and Christopher does not have a lot of action although there is more screen time and dialogue. The opens up with a vampire bat resurrecting Dracula which after his first victim, villager set his castle ablaze.

Yet, Dracula survived and slaughters the villager's women. Years later, the villagers are quiet and unfriendly to visitors keeping secret of the castle. This will be trouble for tourist especially when they up end Dracula's castle and become victims of Dracula.

Aside from some of the problems I mentioned earlier, the Simon character really annoyed me with his chauvinistic views as he excessively moans to his fiancee Sarah to be safe. Yet, the Sarah character to be really capable of surviving in a horror film, but whatever.

If you have seen the earlier Dracula films, the same routine will happen again. I was pretty entertained throughout the whole film and welcome the violence and nudity this film has. Yet, the best thing about this film is the bats that Dracula has raising heck every step of the way.

They look cheap, but are awesome. Spoiler alert, Dracula's demise is one of the most bizarre when he is struck by lightning.
