Review of Scarface (1983) by James R — 16 Apr 2013
Hadn't seen this in a very long time, but I still enjoyed the film. By now everyone should know what the film is about. The rise of Cuban refugee Tony Montana and how his rise leads to his fall. Al Pacino does a stand out job in the film showcasing a man who starts out with ambition, but then eventually Hates everyone and everything.
Overall, the film is well done, but the last hour is extremely slow paced and really not as fun as the beginning of the film. I would definitely recommend watching the film especially for the iconic ending sequence!
