Review of Scarface (1983) by Grayson S — 01 Jan 2013
Although Al Pacino gives a compelling performance as Tony Montana, this film is entirely too long. An hour and a half would suffice. Brian De Palma does direct SCARFACE wonderfully, however, with an excellent long shot at the end that displays the violence, and the end of Tony.
This would be and excellent film, if it wasn't as long and boring in some places.
