It was bit of bitter and classic scifi-horror film... Surprisingly exploded heads were excellence and the plot wasn't enough to scan and explode. The plot was simple and bitter like buffalo chicken sub, and its all about lust for a power by evil scanner (ability to read or take a telepathic control of normal humans) to take over the world and a "good" scanner tries to stop him from it.
However, later plot definitely unpredictable exploded... Very nice and impressive special effects on gruesome battle. Well done.
