I wasn't too impressed with this. It felt like a short story dragged into a long film. It was quite slow at times and a lot of the scenes ran too long. I also didn't care for Brando's southern accent.
I liked Buttons and Umeki, it's nice that they won Oscars for it, though I probably wouldn't have voted for them. I wasn't as impressed as I was hoping I would be.
