Saw 5 is a bit of a stumble in the franchise for me. I didn't enjoy it as much as previous entries, but I still did enjoy the film. The major gauntlet of traps facing a group of 5 is not my favorite from a Saw film, but it is probably one of the goriest.
Also somewhat interesting is the cat and mouse game between Hoffman annd Strahm. I will admit that the series feels a little stale at this point, but it still works to a certain degree. Just not quite as well as it used to.
