On a par with its preceeding entires, this is an enjoyable and ultimately forgetable film...
The cast are serviceable but aside from Jigsaw himself, none of the characters are memorable which means that you don't care about any of these idiots who are jumping through Jigsaw's traps and tests. Like the other films it is simply not scary. Chucking lots of nasty mutilations and buckets of blood may be gross but it doesn't make it horrifying. Also, the story is nowhere near as clever and twisty as it makes itself out to be. It does make it a very funny watch though.
Watchable but thats about it.
