This time the movie plot runs through Officer Rigg, putting himself in the test by the Jigsaw. The movie starts off with an autopsy scene, and then progresses with flashbacks, and some mix-ups between scenes of Saw III is added to this movie making the plot more legit.
Overall, its a gore feist without any doubt.
