The same ol twisted, grizzly games where your life and your limbs are usually lost. Jigsaw and Amanda are both dead but a mini recorder tape found in the stomach of Jigsaw sets in motion another series of games where a SWAT Team agent is thrust into the game to save one of his team members he believes to still be alive.
As usual there is plenty of gut wrenching gory scenes that make even the hardened gore fan cringe and a twist in the end to make you say "man how did I not see that comin?".
