One of, if not, the greatest war/drama movie ever made. The acting is superb. You actually believe these actors were a company in WWII and you get drawn in to their portrayal of camaraderie on the field of battle.
The story is great and the direction is, of course, amazing. It's filmed in such a way that you almost feel as if you are experiencing what the actors are going through in the story. When the action happens, it is so well choreographed that you can't help but be on the edge of your seat.
A powerful movie. One of the best ever made.
