What a beautiful film! It oozes with honesty. I got the sense that this was a very personal project for its filmmaker. Very thoughtful and thought-provoking. Wonderful, honest performances from Linney and Hoffman.
The script is original and very truthful; sometimes you don't know whether to laugh or cry and sometimes you have no choice but to laugh or cry. Loved that it was raw storytelling without any gimicks.
The more I watch it, the more I see the subtle and genius details that have been incorporated. This is a very special film indeed. My favorite film of 2007!
