This movie has three sections, the tough girl with a heart of gold story, the brutality of VICE SQUAD, and some really great vigilante stuff.
The teen girls were WAY outta their league surrounded by these male actors. And if every second John Vernon is on screen isn't gold, I'm no longer a leprechaun.
