Felt very unsure of itself. julianne gives a phenomenal performance - I think probably one of, if not her best performance to date. she runs the gamut, does it well, and makes the film worth seeing for her alone.

as a the whole, the film itself never seems to come together and feels like it's trying too hard. also, the score and the voice overs were annoying in tone.
