Review of Satyricon (1969) by Wut S — 26 Jun 2007
Fellini is full of spectacles. In Satyricon, he skillfully illustrated the raw, haunting, unreal quality of the Roman myth. Loosely based on Petronius' Satyricon, the film is a treat to anyone who finds mythology fascinating (or anyone who likes to trip themselves with acids).
A Masterpiece.
