Review of Saturday Night Fever (1977) by Allen B — 18 Jan 2009
This movie is great has a lot of excitement and great dancing. Surprised at the low ratings this movie shows the disco age the best at least the most parodied and the soundtrack has been used a lot. It is great though and the songs by the Bee Gees are awesome.
Though some depressing and disturbing moments are also in the picture it feels that it shows the life of people from a different economic class and the struggles they go through. The dancing and music is great though and that is what makes the film a classic.
