Review of Sarah's Key (2010) by Eric G — 04 Oct 2011
A bit sirupy at times but an interesting and nevertheless touching story during the french inglorious hours of WW2. Kristin Scott Thomas is excellent as alwaysand gives the film its strength. The photography gives a strong atmosphere to the film and the characters are interesting.
The mix between the war story and her own relationship to her husband divides the attention and the war story is much more interesting.
