Review of Sand Sharks (2011) by Matthew L — 01 Jun 2012
It never fails to amaze me how they keep churning these type of films out, and why people continue watching them. It must be the low expectations that keeps insomniacs, the unemployed and lovers of low budget films coming back.
Sand Sharks is no exception to the rule, largely featuring a host of unknown actors with the odd exception in this case Corin Nemec, who did a season on Stargate: SG1, and Brooke Hogan, Hulk's daughter.
Beyond that everyone is canon fodder, admittedly there a few decent swipes at Jaws which has whole scenes lifted/parodied in the films first half but beyond that this is completely forgettable.
