Well, I don't know about you, but I learned some very important lessons about spelunking and cave diving. 1.) Shave your head. Otherwise, you're going to be in a lot of pain when your hair gets stuck in the climbing gear.
2.) Wear a wetsuit, even if you don't think you're going to get in the water. 3.) Bring glow sticks. Lots of them. After you've lost all your gear and your helmet lamps run out of batteries, you'll probably still want to see in the total and utter darkness that exists miles under the earth's surface.
4.) Don't go diving with Mr. Fantastic. He is not so fantastic without the rest of the Fantastic Four. (If you must go diving with him. bring a spear gun and take him out early.).
