Review of Sanctum (2011) by F B — 22 Oct 2011
The acting is OK, the suspense is edgy the story may be paper thin but I can let that slide and call it good, The photography, 3-D and other technology used for this film is top notch beautifully and the setpieces are spectacular.
OK the story goes like this, A group of explorers go into a new cave system which probably may be the biggest that is in Paupa New Guinea and they explore it until the exhibition goes awry as they die one by one and only one survivor manages to make it through which is this blonde teen survivor But hey it was cool! And the story is not that bad considering for me.
People were bitching that this is all James Cameron fault because he Executive Produced the film and my argument is that it's not because producers produce and Cameron did not do produce the film.
Executive Producers FUND THE PRODUCERS and that's what exactly he did so therefore stop shouting at him like he's the guilty one cos he's not instead you are cos you're bitching pointlessly for nothing! Besides Cameron only volunteered to help with the film as a favour to get a good score at the very least and it worked.
While others may not liked the film, I do!!!!!!!!! Another complaint I got is that the reason why we're bitching at Cameron is that he stamped his name on every cover.....SO!!!!!???? that doesn't give you any rights to bitch at him you fucknuts!!!!!! Steven Spielberg Executive Produced all the Transformers films and yet he hasn't got any complaints as it's all Michael Bay's fault.
It's the same exact thing here. You can't blame the Executive Producers for everything. They only do little to no work on a film while the directors, writers and actors do the major crap so why don't you fucking blame them instead.
This is my review of Sanctum. Baurushan is my name and defending good movies that have bad reviews is my game! Sanctum gets a 8/10.
