Review of San Andreas (2015) by Lukechristiansc — 30 May 2015
Another disaster movie really? The characters in this movie are under developed we know nothing about the characters, we just know that their there in this movie. In a disaster movie the film does not have to make the main character look buff or focuses on their biceps (like in this movie), it has to keep the character on edge and the audience has to have sympathy for the protagonist.
We do care for him and his family, Dwayne Johnson does give a good performance all he does in this is save people. Alexandra Daddario as the daughter in this movie is annoying the actress tries way way to hard for this role.
Carla Gugino was superb and Paul Giamatti was good too. The cgi was epic it made it a fun popcorn movie.
