Technically marvelous. The special effects were the main attraction here, and it delivered. The cheesy and simple, but effective story line for these kind of movies was expected so no hard feelings there.
The Rock still has much to learn in the acting department. But he is getting better, while maintaining his charisma. The casting was a bit strange, but it worked at the end. Great disaster film. B+.
