Review of Samson and Delilah (2009) by Andrea B — 16 Jul 2009
Raw, uncompromising cinema exposing the desperation of two Aboriginal kids trying to find acceptance, love and themselves in a cold and unforgiving world. Minimal dialogue, well considered cinematography and painfully natural acting create almost a docu-drama feel that highlights real issues facing modern Aboriginal communities and stays with you long after leaving the cinema.
