The storyline shares some similarities with "memoirs of a geisha." BUT it is NOT about geisha it is about OIRAN (high class prostitute).
Like the film "marie antoinette" this film was also paired with contemporary music.
Anna Tsuchiya brought a performance like her others (tough girl), but she also showed an emotional side that I haven't seen in other films I've seen her in.
