Review of Saint (1997) by Anatoliy S — 25 Nov 2008
This is one of my all-time favorite movies. It's a darker romantic comedy with a little mystery/action thrown in. It's just one of those movies where at the end I get those warm fuzzy feelings of mystery and intoxicating romanticism that drives me to watch these kind of movies in the first place.
Val's character is clever and mysterious. Shue makes for a great lonely, romantic waiting for the charming, mysterious man to sweep her off her feet.
